PRODUCT AND PRICING

Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All specials and promotions are limited while quantities last.

ORDERING

The minimum order quantity is 25KG. Order quantity less than this amount will be subject to a retail price. If you order more than 500KG, the price would be the factory direct supply price to save your budget.Orders can be placed online (recommended), by emailing us, or by sending whatsapp message at +8618856063199 (Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holiday closures). Ordering via online, or email is preferable to help eliminate any errors or misunderstanding.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on our website; however stock levels are subject to change without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible should the product that you have ordered is not available. Please note that the stock is not reserved until your order has been processed. Items placed in your shopping cart may be purchased by other customers.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, VISA Debit, PayPal and Western Union which must be paid in the exact amount. We also support T/T (wire transfer 100% full payment before shipping) for large order quantity orders.

PROCESSING TIME

We make every effort to process orders in a timely manner within 5-7 work days except during peak periods when the lead time will be longer. Depending on your location, it may take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding National holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. If you need an order rushed or have any questions concerning the processing and status of your order, please contact us by emailing us or by calling 86-188-56063199.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped by EXPRESS such as FEDEX, TNT, DHL or by sea, air according to your requirements. The freight will then be added to your invoice. We do not take any responsibility for any shipping losses, damages or delays that may occur. Should additional insurance be required, please notify us.

RETURN

Any claim must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. No returns are accepted on Herbal Extracts Powder, Garlic Oil, Ginger Oil, Tea Powders due to noncompliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Items returned without authorization by any third party organ test will not be credited.

LIMITATION OF PRODUCT LIABILITY

Hefei Dielegance Biotechnology Co., Ltd. employs a number of quality control checks before we ship your order so that errors are kept to a minimum. When a mistake is made by us, we will be monetarily liable for the error limited to the sales cost of the merchandise we shipped to you and the freight charges (when sold FOB from our warehouse).

On receipt of your merchandise, please check the goods carefully. Be certain that the botanicals, herbs and spices you are receiving conform to what you ordered. We strongly recommend you request a sample and run a test batch using any new fragrance lot, essential oil lot or botanical lot before implementing a full production run. Should there be any problems you can then correct them without incurring a large loss.
