Does Dielegance Biotechnology require a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 25KG. Order quantity less than this amount will be subject to a retail price. If you order more than 500KG, the price would be the factory direct supply price to save your budget.
How to place an order?
Orders can be placed online (recommended), by emailing email@example.com, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by sending whatsapp message at +8618856063199 (Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holiday closures). Ordering via online, or email is preferable to help eliminate any errors or misunderstanding.
Shipping rates depend on the carrier used, the destination, the volume and the total weight of your shipment. We have a few options of carriers that we work with and we will choose the carrier that gives the best rate. All orders will be shipped by EXPRESS such as FEDEX, TNT, DHL or by sea, air according to your requirements. The freight will then be added to your invoice. We do not take any responsibility for any shipping losses, damages or delays that may occur. Should additional insurance be required, please notify us.
How can I get a freight quote for my order?
If this is your first order with Dielegance Biotechnology, once we have received your enquiry, we will work with the shipping agent to get a freight/shipping quote and will contact you once we have this information.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, VISA Debit, PayPal and Western Union which must be paid in the exact amount. We also support T/T (wire transfer 100% full payment before shipping) for large order quantity orders.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
How long will it take to get my order?
We make every effort to process orders in a timely manner within 5-7 work days except during peak periods when the lead time will be longer. Depending on your location, it may take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding National holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. How can I track my order once it has shipped?
We will keep you updated of the travel history every 2 - 3 days for the cargo shipped by FEDEX, TNT, DHL. For the shippment by sea or air, we will provide you the related website for tracking information.
