Quality Control

Equipped with full set of production equipments, we have the capacity to produce 400 tons raw material every year. The advanced control system is key for continuing quality control, we fully operate GMP operation and SOP(Standard Operation Procedure) in each step from raw material collect to product delivery. We have equipped with the most advance instrument and test equipment, which guarantees the safety of the production procedure and effectiveness of our produced material.
We implement tracking system in every production stage, which includes incoming materials, stocks, production, finished goods,
washing cycles and equipments. All ingredients are controlled by an advanced quality standard that ensures full traceability of color, flavor, odor, assay, sieve size, heavy metals, PAHs, pesticide residue and microbiology.
With our expertise in sourcing new raw materials, we aim to facilitate your innovations and introduce new products in the market.

Mid-Works:

All the critical steps of production are very strict controled,and the semi-products and final products are very well tested.

Final-Works:

1.The finished products will be tested in house LAB for the heavy metal,microbiological,pesticides, and other active ingredient content.
2.Also we will send the samples to independant reputable LAB,such as SGS,PONY,Chromadex etc.
3.We also run C14 test to prove it to be 100% natural.
